Sad Day...Michigan SUCKS!

So I'm going to call Lloyd Carr and ask for three hours of my life back. I mean I set aside those hours today so that I could watch the game. There are many OTHER things that I could have done today instead of watching Michigan football. The team bent over and took one up the ass and it really pisses me off that I watched the game instead of doing any of the following, which are MUCH more fun:

• Wash bottles, nipples, caps, and pumping equipment.
• Sanitize above equipment.
• Watch Jami pump milk.
• Watch my kids sleep.
• Add up the hospital bills.
• Measure out milk for the next three feedings.
• Pick the dried skin off my feet.
• Find all the poop and puke stains on all the clothes and apply Stain Stick.
• Review my new company info.
• Vacuum, clean, and find the leak in my shower door.
• Take a friggin' nap!!!

I'm sure many of you either don't care about Michigan football or are sick of hearing about Michigan football. So stop here if you don't want to hear my analysis.

1. Michigan is too slow to change. The college game evolves every few years, and it still feels that Michigan's game is in the mid to late 90s. The playbook is essentially the same as when I was in school then. There are the basic plays, and if anyone watches the team there aren't very many new wrinkles. I'm not saying Michigan has to go to a spread formation or something crazy. But how about being inventive for once?
2. We need some F-ing defensive backs! Since Charles Woodson left, there hasn't been a shut down corner. Marlin Jackson was good, and so was Leon Hall but the rest of the secondary since Tripp Welborne in '89 - '90 has been pretty bad. Okay I'm generalizing, but doesn't it seem that Michigan always is short on the secondary?
3. Speed! How come Michigan doesn't have atheletes that can run like the wind?!? I don't think Michigan ever is the fastest team on the field. Recruiting is always decent. Maybe we need to look in the South? Oregon even looked faster than the Blue.
4. Can somebody tell Michigan how to play against a mobile quarterback? Watching Donovan McNabb eat up Michigan at home was the beginning of it in 1998. For those of you playing against Michigan, find your fastest dude and put him at QB. Doesn't matter if he can't throw.
5. Get rid of slow ass, immobile QBs. Henne sucks...and he is not a winner. How many more bad sacks, bad decisions, and bad interceptions will he throw before they realize that his arm strength doesn't overcome all the bad?!? That tatoo on his arm sucks too. Mike Hart is a winner and a stud. If the entire team played like him, Michigan wouldn't be in the same spot they are in today.
6. Every game, play, and second should be full of pride playing for the Michigan Wolverines. These last two games show that many players don't have the pride.
7. Clean out the entire coaching staff. C'mon two weeks of this? Bo is turning in his grave.

I was looking forward to a good season, not great. I sacrifice watching the NFL to watch NCAA and Michigan football on Saturdays. Now I might as well watch dart throwing, curling, or women's figure skating. I try to keep my expectations low, and for pete sake it is just a game, but 0-2 at home to start the season?!?
