We had another incident where someone was sitting in the crosswalk while pedestrians had the right of way. Jami and I took the girls out for a nice quiet walk along the lake. We cut over on Balbo and crossed LSD. Then we crossed back over Balbo. There was a woman in a red car that wanted to turn right (going south) on LSD and creeped up into the crosswalk, completely blocking the path to the sidewalk. I happened to be carrying Addy at the time, and as I was walking towards the car I started talking to the lady in what I thought was a matter-of-fact tone. I said, "You are in the crosswalk, I can't get my stroller through to the other side." Then I just walked on.
Jami was behind me and I guess the lady got pissed at me and started barking at me about something. I just ignored her and moved on but Jami heard it and started talking back. Before I know it, there is shouting and yelling and all sorts of fun stuff for the tourists around me to go back and tell their friends about in Podunk, (you name a state).
Why can't people just be couteous and say, "I'm sorry I won't do it again."? One day I'm going to wear metal cleats and walk over a car that is the crosswalk!

They ought to know not to mess with the Chungs. That gives me an idea, maybe I will do a public service announcement re: not parking in crosswalks, and not messing with any of the Chung clan.
