Early Birthday

Jami and I packed our little SUV and headed out to Michigan this past weekend for a fun adventure. Well okay...not really...but it ended up being pretty fun. Other than having to drive through glorious Indiana, the drive there and back wasn't bad. It was a personal best for me on the way out...4 hours 10 minutes and on the way back 4 hours 30 minutes with only one stop!

We haven't seen my parents for awhile, and they wanted to have a more Korean traditional 1st birthday. So my mom invited some of her friends over and we dressed the monkeys up, and they had a great birthday part 1. We are having another birthday party here in Chicago closer to their actual birthday on July 14th. I can't believe it has been a year! I just looked at some of those old pictures, and it is unbelievable how far the girls have come, and how we survived! Anyway, here is a pic of their little Korean dresses:

We actually did a whole lot over the weekend. We got to see lots of friends on Saturday night at the Hamlin Pub, we saw the Bubans and the Yims, and we got a chance to spend some time in Michigan.
